Job Requirements
- 8+ years of digital design experience
- Proven experience leading creative teams
- Expertise in interaction design and UX principles
- Deep knowledge of accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG)
- Fluency in Figma and prototyping tools
- Strong verbal and visual communication skills
