• Support a range of technology solutions for Whiting School of Engineering • Responsible for technology needs analysis, technology evaluation, implementation, maintenance, and end user support • Ensure delivery of high-quality technical solutions • Analyze business processes, gather requirements for complex systems • Develop, maintain and organize test cases, test scripts, and test scenarios • Act as a liaison to team members and business partners • Create and document test scenarios • Implement and monitor changes as per change management policies • Provide support and resolve complex issues
