Job Description

• Define product vision, strategy and roadmaps to enhance and expand our fintech capabilities that includes incoming and outgoing payment processing, invoicing, fraud management and tax compliance. • Partner with the finance, engineering and security teams to identify needs and develop robust solutions. You will work directly with senior stakeholders, customers and partners to understand their technology and make recommendations. • Own the success of our FinTech product portfolio by establishing both near-term and long-term roadmaps focused on moving vital metrics. Owns partner integrations and optimization. • Experience thoughtfully explaining unique concepts to diverse audiences, and know how to break down complex topics for any stakeholder. • Serves as a thought leader in fintech product innovations, identifying emerging technologies and improving scalability.

Job Requirements

10+ years of product experience leading Product Management and Development in Fintech and/or Payments. Proven success in enabling top tier payment services providers (PSPs).
8+ years of experience working in the Fintech Space including experience with B2C and B2B payment methods and the entire fintech ecosystem, including CC payments, payouts, alternate payment methods, fraud management, tax, money movements, regulatory technology. Deep understanding of Payment processing flow, tokenizations, refunds, disputes, fraud management and reconciliations.
Experience designing and implementing Tax Solutions via Internal or Partner.
Strong grasp of Compliance framework in Fintech space, like PCI DSS, AML, OFAC, IRS).
Insanely autonomous: You love setting audacious goals and are fully comfortable directing your own way to get there. You commit to a schedule and stick to it.
Agile & flexible: You manage risk but aren’t afraid to iterate. You ideally are familiar with high growth operations & problem solving in fast-paced tech spaces. You have an excellent track record of producing positive results, as well as a keen eye for anticipating bottlenecks & roadblocks.
Strong analytical and decision making with a customer focused mindset. You work with analysts and self-serve reports to guide initiatives. You are capable at creating reports/analytics via reporting solutions and SQL.
Education: Degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science or related field.
