Job Description

• Coordinate project meetings involving all relevant stakeholders • Support IT Project Managers by updating project plans and task progress • Create meeting minutes and follow up on action items and deliverables • Provide research information for management and support team, as needed • Manage and take responsibility for defined tasks and small projects • Manage project content (documents, drawings, schedules, etc) • Assist in development of project charters, including scope, objectives, risks, and feasibility studies • Assist IT Project Managers in developing detailed project plans for key initiatives

Job Requirements

Coordinate project meetings involving all relevant stakeholders
Support IT Project Managers by updating project plans and task progress
Create meeting minutes and follow up on action items and deliverables
Provide research information for management and support team, as needed
Manage and take responsibility for defined tasks and small projects
Manage project content (documents, drawings, schedules, etc)
Assist in development of project charters, including scope, objectives, risks, and feasibility studies
Assist IT Project Managers in developing detailed project plans for key initiatives
Must be working towards obtaining college credited degree or a recent graduate with a business or technical degree. Organized, detail oriented, strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work independently in a fast-paced environment
Microsoft Product knowledge (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, Teams, Project, etc.)
Willing to be mentored, take direction, and execute objectives in a collaborative team environment
Project Management Certification desirable but not required.
