• Lead enterprise strategic sourcing and category management strategies aligned to Chief Procurement Officer priorities and business objectives. • Drive complex, high-value sourcing initiatives including RFx processes, negotiations, supplier selection, and long-term supplier roadmaps. • Develop and execute multi-year category strategies informed by spend analytics, market intelligence, and total cost of ownership analysis. • Partner with Legal, Risk, Finance, Technology, and Operations to structure compliant contracts and manage commercial risk. • Establish and strengthen strategic supplier partnerships to improve performance, innovation, and resilience. • Build, lead, and develop a high-performing sourcing team through clear goals, coaching, and talent development.
