• Provides administrative service, support, and solutions for Leave of Absence processes
• Performs clerical functions including customer service, data entry, and maintenance of records
• Supports key customers in meeting their expectations
• Collaborates on performance improvement activities
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a field requiring analysis
- Knowledge of leave of absence administration, payroll, or related field
- Experience working in multiple software/computer systems (UKG, Kronos, Workday, Microsoft Office)
- Ability to present data-driven reports (nice to have)
