Job Description

• Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners that align with FireMon’s business objectives. • Nurture relationships with existing partners, supporting their sales, marketing, and technical initiatives. • Collaborate closely with partners to develop business plans that drive mutual growth and customer satisfaction. • Provide ongoing enablement through training sessions, joint meetings, and educational opportunities. • Participate in industry events, trade shows, and partner programs to strengthen relationships and expand market presence. • Serve as a trusted advisor, sharing market insights and feedback with internal teams to shape future strategies. • Work in partnership with the sales, marketing, and technical teams to achieve territory goals and deliver value to both partners and customers.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in channel or partner management, ideally within the cybersecurity or network software space.
  • A proven ability to build and sustain productive relationships with partners and customers.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — both technical and business-focused.
  • A collaborative approach with strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a positive, team-oriented attitude.
