**Essential Responsibilities**
**Market Strategy & Segmentation**
- Develop and execute a comprehensive segmentation strategy for the government sector, identifying high-value opportunities across agencies, programs, and regions.
- Lead competitive, market, and policy analyses to inform investment priorities and innovation strategies.
- Craft compelling value propositions and messaging that align PrePass’s technology leadership with government safety and efficiency objectives.
**Go-to-Market Leadership**
- Create and operationalize go-to-market plans for government initiatives, ensuring alignment across marketing, product, sales, and partner ecosystems.
- Collaborate with Product Management to align roadmap priorities with government market needs and compliance standards.
- Partner cross-functionally to build processes, capabilities, and systems that drive consistent execution and measurable business impact aligned with the PrePass mission.
**Stakeholder Engagement**
- Serve as a key strategic liaison between PrePass and public sector partners, including transportation agencies, enforcement bodies, and policy stakeholders.
- Represent PrePass at government and industry forums, shaping dialogue on safety, technology, and compliance.
**Performance & Growth**
- Define and monitor KPIs and success metrics to measure market penetration, customer acquisition, and retention.
- Drive continuous improvement in how PrePass engages and delivers value to government customers.
Job Requirements
- Qualifications**
- 10+ years of experience in strategic marketing, market development, or business strategy—ideally within transportation, logistics, technology, or government services.
- Proven success in building and executing market segmentation and go-to-market strategies in complex, regulated environments.
- Deep understanding of public sector funding and procurement processes, compliance frameworks, and partnership models.
- Strong analytical and storytelling abilities, with the capacity to translate complex market insights into actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, particularly across executive and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
