Job Description
• Process rent registrations, payments, and disbursements
• Manage accounts payable/receivable and reconcile bank statements
• Maintain accurate tenant ledgers and financial reporting for property owners
• Support month-end and year-end closings, including audit preparation
• Utilize AppFolio to maintain organized documentation and compliance
• Communicate directly with tenants and clients as needed (English–Spanish)
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of accounting/bookkeeping experience (property management preferred)
- Proficiency in AppFolio, QuickBooks, and Excel
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Bilingual fluency (English–Spanish)
