Job Description

• The Accounting Assistant provides support to the accounting department by managing day-to-day financial and administrative operations. • This role ensures that records are accurate, transactions are properly documented, and all accounting processes run smoothly. • The Accounting Assistant works closely with accountants, bookkeepers, and finance staff to maintain compliance and organization across all financial activities.

Job Requirements

2+ years of accounting support experience.
Familiarity with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, or NetSuite.
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Proficiency in Excel and data management tools is a plus.
Technical Requirements: Processor: Intel 11th Gen (or equivalent AMD Ryzen 5000 series) for Windows users and M2 for Macs; RAM: 16 GB minimum; 25 - 50 Mbps Internet Speed (Min); USB headset with noise-canceling (ideally).
