Job Description
• Answer calls from potential clients, listen to their needs, and offer the best moving solutions
• Follow up with leads to turn inquiries into confirmed bookings
• Stay in touch with contractors and clients to ensure a smooth move from start to finish
• Build trust with clients and explain why our Forbes Top 5 Movers services are the best choice
• Meet and exceed sales goals by being persuasive and confident
• Keep track of customer interactions and sales in our easy-to-use CRM system
• Work with the team to make sure every client has a great experience
Job Requirements
- At least 1 year of sales experience (moving industry experience is a bonus but not required)
- Clear and fluent English with great communication skills
- Strong ability to persuade and close deals
- Tech-savvy—comfortable using computers and learning new software quickly
- Self-motivated, goal-driven, and able to work independently
