Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in B2B demand generation or growth marketing, ideally within financial services, consulting, or professional industries.
- Deep understanding of Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and its execution across multiple channels.
- Proven track record designing and optimizing multi-channel campaigns that drive engagement and pipeline growth.
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g., Pardot, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to extract insights from data and turn them into actionable recommendations.
- Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills.
- Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work cross-functionally and influence without authority.
