• Develop and implement Paid Search strategy and objectives consistent with the organization's overall strategy • Manage a team of employees and hire new employees • Ensure the development of individuals within the organization • Coach and direct people to achieve both organizational and individual objectives • Responsible for the financial delivery of the channel • Oversee day-to-day execution of the channel, including content creation and algorithm/data quality • Own the road map for the future development of the channel
