• Lead the design of Workday solutions across multiple modules (e.g., HCM, Finance, Payroll, Adaptive, and Student) to align with the Workday platform goals and long-term roadmaps. • Oversee and own the overall technical architecture, ensuring security, scalability, and performance. • Collaborate with technical leads in Workday HCM, Finance, Adaptive, and Student modules to develop and implement system architecture and protocols. • Design, build, and maintain Workday custom reports, integrations, and dashboards in alignment with Berklee’s goals and data security frameworks. • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, ensuring data consistency and security across all Workday modules. • Partner with Berklee Enterprise technical team to support the integration between internal Berklee systems to maintain data integrity and system architecture alignment. • Troubleshoot complex issues, conduct impact analyses for Workday updates, and provide expert guidance. • Assist with the development and execution of a comprehensive Workday data governance program. • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Workday’s products and best practices, and contribute to system optimization and enhancements.
