Job Description
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a Sales or Marketing position
- Minimum 5 years of experience in nuclear industry or adjacent industry
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, ability to get along with customers and GE Vernova Hitachi colleagues at all levels and disciplines
- Excellent communications skills: experience working across multiple levels, functions and regions; able to clearly communicate complex sales information in a clear and concise manner; able to deliver message effectively verbally and in writing
- Clear thinking/problem-solving: successfully led cross-functional projects/process improvement within sales function involving process improvement; able and willing to quickly grasp new ideas
- Thorough understanding of nuclear technologies, regulations and operations as well as customer electricity generating environment (e.g. how customers make money)
- Fundamental understanding of commercial operations, deal structuring and contract terms
- Ability and willingness to travel to customer facilities up to 50% of the time domestic travel
