Job Description

• Lead and develop a high-performing team of Solution Architects across the Americas. • Build a culture of technical excellence, innovation, and accountability. • Drive presales strategy and execution across enterprise, mid-market, and channel segments. • Ensure customer engagements, demos, and proofs of value meet the highest standards of excellence. • Translate complex cybersecurity challenges into clear business outcomes. • Partner with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to align on strategy and execution. • Represent the voice of the field to influence product innovation and roadmap priorities. • Cultivate executive-level relationships to position Horizon3.ai as a trusted cybersecurity advisor. • Recruit, mentor, and develop world-class technical talent. • Use data-driven insights to measure impact and continuously improve team performance.

Job Requirements

5+ years of experience in cybersecurity presales, solutions architecture, or technical leadership.
Proven success building and transforming high-performing technical teams.
Deep expertise in offensive and defensive cybersecurity, vulnerability management, or threat detection.
Strong executive presence with the ability to influence technical and business stakeholders.
Passion for mentoring, developing talent, and driving organizational growth.
Exceptional communication skills — able to simplify complex cybersecurity concepts.
Experience partnering cross-functionally to deliver aligned customer and business outcomes.
Data-driven approach to performance management and strategic decision-making.
Strategic mindset with the agility to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
