• Plan and execute a portfolio of high-impact events, including major industry conferences and trade shows(HIMSS, HLTH), Suki-hosted field events, executive roundtables, and virtual programs • Own end-to-end event management: strategy, budgeting, vendor coordination, logistics, staffing, and on-site execution • Define event goals and success metrics, and deliver post-event reporting tied to engagement, pipeline influence, and ROI • Manage events related deliverables including pre and post event communications, list management, and more • Partner closely with Demand Gen to drive event promotion, registration, and conversion across the funnel • Manage external agencies, production vendors, and venues • Continuously test and optimize formats, activations, and attendee experiences to improve performance over time • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Partnerships, and Leadership to deliver integrated programs that support growth • Support weekly and monthly marketing performance reporting across key platforms (Salesforce, Pardot, Google Analytics, etc.)
