Job Description

• Assist customers and contractors during the installation and startup of CO₂ condensing units • Support in diagnosing and resolving technical issues, both remotely and on-site • Help coordinate timelines and deliverables for small-scale projects related to CO₂ cooling systems • Gather customer feedback and report common technical issues to internal teams

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in HVAC, refrigeration, or technical support (internships or co-op experience also considered)
  • Basic understanding of refrigeration systems (CO₂ experience preferred but not required)
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Solid problem-solving ability and eagerness to learn technical systems
  • Ability to travel frequently (up to 60% of the time, or approx. 35–40 weeks per year)
  • Familiarity with CO₂ condensing units or natural refrigerants
  • Knowledge of refrigeration safety protocols and relevant regulations
