• Responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and closing solar and battery storage sales opportunities across the US • Oversee all aspects of the origination process including lead generation, bid preparation, commercial and legal contract negotiations, investment-committee presentation, and hand-off to project development • Negotiate deal documents, including LOIs, MIPDSAs, PPAs, and/or site lease / purchase documents • Work with internal and external deal teams to ensure successful project delivery • Monitor market trends, regulatory changes, competition and maintain current knowledge of industry best practices • Identify opportunities and develop strategies to accelerate company growth through innovative offtake structures such as hedge products, virtual PPAs, and co-investments
