Job Description

• Manage a pipeline of warm and hot leads, qualifying prospects and understanding their business needs. • Conduct consultative sales calls to showcase the value of our tiered coaching programs. • Relationship building and nurturing relationships with new business operators. • Consistently close deals and exceed revenue targets. • Craft tailored communication strategies that build trust and credibility. • Maintain CRM records of all interactions, ensuring seamless follow-ups. • Work closely with the sales department and fulfillment to ensure top tier service. • Participate in ongoing sales training and team collaboration. • Represent the Foundr brand with passion and professionalism, promoting our coaching programs effectively. • Going above and beyond to understand the needs of our clients and giving them the care and attention they deserve. • Diligent follow-up. Organised and smooth sales operators only, this is a top paying role for an experienced sales person.

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of high-ticket sales experience, ideally in coaching, consulting, e-commerce or B2B Sales.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and closing high-value deals.
  • Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to connect with high-level decision-makers.
  • Highly organised, with great attention to follow up and high volume communication.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
  • Self-driven, highly motivated, and results-oriented.
  • Experience managing warm/hot leads and an active sales pipeline.
  • Comfortable working remotely in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for e-commerce and empowering entrepreneurs.
