• Serve as the technical SME to help PMs translate complex cloud requirements into actionable product requirements and PRDs. • Work closely with PM and Engineering to design and validate architectures and workflows that meet enterprise-grade performance and security standards. • Lead the "last mile" of product success by ensuring field teams have the right documentation, technical enablement, and architectural guides to make post-sale implementations successful. • Conduct hands-on validation of new features in lab and customer environments to ensure they solve real-world challenges before full-scale rollout. • Support the Sales Engineering and Professional Services organizations by validating field-facing content, including solution briefs, demos, and technical enablement materials. • Act as a technical consultant to key customers and partners, helping them navigate cloud architecture and integration questions.
