Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting or Finance
- MBA and CPA certification highly preferred
- Minimum ten (10) years overall experience
- Five (5) years financial management experience in a healthcare company
- Established track record of success in Finance positions of increasing responsibility
- Excellent analytical, judgment and decision-making skills
- Strong operational focus
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills including written, board presentation, interpersonal and supervisory skills
