Job Description
• Identify, prospect, and secure new clients in healthcare and related sectors.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders.
• Understand client staffing needs and present customized solutions.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of staffing services.
• Track and report sales activities, pipeline, and revenue goals.
• Stay informed on industry trends, compliance requirements, and competitive landscape.
Job Requirements
- Experience: 2+ years in staffing, recruiting, or sales (healthcare staffing experience preferred).
- Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Knowledge of healthcare staffing regulations and credentialing processes is a plus.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (Zoho experience a plus).
