• Manage a substantial caseload, drive end-to-end case preparation, and serve as a confident, reliable point of contact for HR teams and employees • Lead PERM and H-1B processes from intake to filing, coordinating closely with HR, managers, and foreign nationals • Guide clients through the process of gathering required evidence, clearly, efficiently, and with strong follow-through • Prepare USCIS forms, and draft clean, persuasive, well-organized case materials tailored to each petition type • Serve as a professional, friendly, and steady point of contact for corporate HR partners and foreign national employees • Track deadlines, manage timelines, and keep a large volume of matters moving simultaneously • Work closely with your supervising attorney, anticipating needs, aligning on preferences, and enabling them to focus on higher-level legal strategy
