Job Description
• Play an integral role in building business strategy on the Live Operations team under the Dasher & Logistics Pillar
• Focus on opportunities to improve delivery quality, operational excellence and optimize Dasher experience during moderate and severe weather
• Develop and test hypotheses, scaling impact through working with cross-functional teams such as Product, Engineering, and Analytics
• Report directly into a Manager or Senior Manager on the Dasher & Logistics team
Job Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in consulting, strategy, financial services, operations, technology, startups or related experience
- Able to analyze and synthesize data, make informed decisions and balance quantitative measurement with an empathetic, intuition-based mindset
- Can crunch data in SQL/excel independently
- Love thinking about problems from a first principles approach
- Able to communicate complex topics in a clear, concise, and thorough way to stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- Focus on getting stuff done and aren’t afraid to get into the details
- Comfortable with ambiguity and dynamic nature of weather which may require working weekends and holidays
- Have a Bachelor's degree in a related field
