• Support loan activities after closing, including funding and account maintenance
• Manage core system data and operational processes for specialized lending products
• Perform general ledger and account reconciliations
• Onboard loans and design onboarding procedures
• Support audits and prepare documentation
• Create and improve departmental procedures
Job Requirements
- 3–5 years of banking or financial services experience
- Strong proficiency in navigating core banking platforms and money‑movement systems
- Experience performing general ledger activities across multiple core system environments
- Strong time‑management and problem‑solving skills
- Ability to work overtime during peak periods
- Comfortable working within technology‑driven workflows
