• Own the end-to-end design process for features across multiple product areas from concept to delivery • Translate complex AI capabilities into clear, intuitive, and engaging user experiences • Maintain and evolve a unified design system to ensure consistency and scalability across products • Design for emerging and evolving UX patterns in a fast-moving AI product landscape, drawing on market trends and competitor insights • Adapt quickly and manage multiple projects in parallel, delivering at speed without compromising quality • Work hand-in-hand with Product Managers, Engineers, and Marketers from concept to delivery • Rapidly prototype and test ideas before committing to full builds • Provide clear, actionable feedback during design reviews and help raise the bar for design quality • Support fast-paced A/B testing with quick design iterations • Experiment with AI-assisted design workflows to speed up delivery and explore new possibilities • Stay ahead of design trends, AI UX patterns, and emerging interaction models
