• Mentor, provide constructive critique, and set strategic design direction for peer designers and product teams • Define the long-term design standards and architecture for our entire mobile application • Contribute to product visioning and strategy in the CRM domain • Act as the governor and primary contributor for all new mobile patterns in our design system • Produce a high volume of high-quality design work, from concept sketches to pixel-perfect UI specifications • Design and lead high-leverage research initiatives to uncover deep user needs • Deliver simple, mission-critical mobile solutions for complex problems in the CRM domain
