Job Description
Job Requirements
- 3–5 years of ServiceNow SecOps experience (SIR/VR)
- Strong understanding of CMDB, ITSM processes, and how they support Security Operations
- Hands-on experience integrating ServiceNow SecOps with SIEM tools (e.g., Tenable, Splunk)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and system architecture skills
- Experience designing, integrating, and testing multi-platform software systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly Preferred: ServiceNow Security Incident Response Implementation
- Highly Preferred: ServiceNow Vulnerability Response Implementation
- Preferred: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
- Preferred: CIS – IT Service Management
