Job Description

• Collaborate with Product Managers and stakeholders to help define and refine product vision, strategy, and roadmap. • Take ownership of the product backlog, ensuring it is prioritized based on business goals, user needs, and technical feasibility. • Investigate the application of AI in product management, including but not limited to user story and acceptance criteria formation, backlog management, estimation and prioritization. • Work closely with Product Managers, engineers, and other key stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback. • Participate actively in Agile ceremonies, including refinement, sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives. • Track product performance through key metrics, ensuring features meet business goals and customer expectations. • Serve as the primary point of contact for product-related inquiries, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and engaged.

Job Requirements

3+ years of experience in Product Ownership .
Familiarity with Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and Azure DevOps or Atlassian JIRA is a plus.
Experience managing product roadmaps, creating epics, features, user stories, and working with development teams.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with experience working in cross-functional teams.
Ability to prioritize effectively, balancing business needs with technical constraints.
Analytical and critical thinking mindset with experience using data to drive decision-making and continuous improvement.
A strong understanding of the product lifecycle, user experience, and how to drive products to successful delivery is a plus.
