• Own the self-serve experience — define and execute on strategies that make it seamless for new users to sign up, onboard, and realize value in Temporal Cloud. • Lead product-led growth initiatives that drive activation, adoption, and expansion through in-product experiences, lifecycle touchpoints, and experimentation. • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Growth Engineering, and Design to optimize acquisition funnels, onboarding flows, and key user journeys. • Use data, behavioral analytics, and user research to identify friction points and prioritize high-impact opportunities for growth. • Champion the developer experience — ensuring that onboarding, documentation, and product design create a clear and rewarding path to success. • Define and monitor key metrics such as activation, retention, conversion, and expansion to measure impact and guide iteration. • Work cross-functionally to align PLG initiatives with broader product and go-to-market priorities.
