Job Description

• Generate new business through inbound leads, outbound calls, referrals, and networking. • Educate prospects on trucking insurance coverage, risk management, and cost-effective solutions. • Close policies both over the phone and internet. • Maintain accurate records in our CRM, track communications, and report on sales progress.

Job Requirements

Sales experience.
Comfortable with telephone sales, follow-ups, and cold outreach.
Excellent communication skills — verbal and written.
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Must be willing/able to obtain a P&C (Property & Casualty) insurance license if not already licensed.
