Job Description
• teaches and supports internal employee’s mandatory health and safety training
• delivers technical instruction for employees that work within the mines
• shadows Motion instructors and learns how to facilitate existing curriculum
• recommends course improvements and develops new course curriculum
• maintains and assembles hands-on training equipment as needed
Job Requirements
- at least three years of mining experience
- ability to travel up to 50% of the time
- bachelor's degree with a technical concentration
- extensive knowledge in the mining field
- ability to educate self on new technology and practices
