Job Description

• Key contributor to healthcare data management projects • Focus on claims and encounter data • Supports extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes, data validation, and reporting • Develops and maintains data dictionaries • Conducts audits and collaborates with internal teams to ensure accurate data collection and reporting • Training team members on data management best practices • Ensuring compliance with health data regulations • Works with a wide array of healthcare data types

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer information systems, or a quantitative discipline.
At least three (3) years of experience with ETL processes in a Microsoft SQL server environment.
At least three (3) years of data warehousing experience.
Excellent SQL programming skills required.
Experience gathering and refining requirements, interviewing business users to understand and document data requirements is required.
Strong attention to detail, documenting business and technical requirement based on user interviews is required.
Database testing experience required.
Experience with Microsoft SQL Server is required.
Experience working with healthcare data.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to handle several projects simultaneously and work with multiple teams.
