Job Description

• Own the national CPG territory with full accountability for pipeline creation, deal strategy, and quota performance. • Drive 3× pipeline coverage at all times, with weekly inspection across early-stage and greenfield accounts. • Build strong alignment with Oracle ERP/SCM/PLM/Industry sellers to create joint territory plans and win strategic accounts. • Create executive-level relationships with CFO, CIO, COO, VP Supply Chain, VP Finance, and Operations leaders. • Position Argano’s differentiators—Compound Acceleration, Celera/Argus AI, modern delivery, and Oracle process expertise. • Lead pursuit strategies including discovery, value engineering, proposal development, and negotiation. • Partner with Solution Directors, Delivery Leadership, and Industry SMEs to shape compelling win themes. • Consistently deliver accurate forecasting and maintain CRM discipline. • Represent Argano at industry events, conferences, and Oracle field engagements. • Uphold Argano’s culture of excellence, accountability, and performance.

Job Requirements

  • 7+ years selling enterprise applications (ERP/SaaS preferred).
  • Strong understanding of CPG value chain: manufacturing, distribution, supply planning, trade promotions, procurement, quality, and product lifecycle.
  • Proven track record in new business development with $2M–$5M+ annual quota.
  • Strong alignment experience with Oracle or comparable enterprise software vendors.
  • Executive presence and the ability to create healthy tension to drive deals forward.
  • Hunter mentality: disciplined, competitive, persistent, comfortable breaking through resistance.
  • Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
  • High integrity and professional maturity.
