• Work strategically as a partner with product management, engineering, and design leadership to define and design the product experience within our patient portal/application. • Think big and explore divergent concepts while understanding how to converge and build iteratively towards your vision. • Work across the design process, from user flows and low-fidelity wireframes to high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes to explore and communicate ideas. • Create outstanding marketing assets (custom images, iconography, etc.) that elevate the design of the page and connect with the intended audience. • Provide creative and art direction to external partners (photographers, videographers, etc.) • Advocate for design by sharing your work and presenting cross-functionally to senior stakeholders/leadership. Be able to articulate design decisions and goals. • Participate in workshops, brainstorming sessions, and design thinking exercises.
