Job Requirements
- Mid to senior-level experience in account management, client services, or consulting roles
- Understanding of professional services businesses and their unique marketing and operational challenges
- Proven track record of building strong, lasting client relationships and managing complex stakeholder dynamics
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities with the capacity to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Strong project management and organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strategic thinking capabilities with a consultative approach to problem-solving
