• Manage all aspects of NLR case reviews • Serve as the primary point of contact for attorneys, paralegals, and plaintiffs during the loss-mitigation process • Investigate and resolve scenarios where settlement funds were improperly issued to plaintiffs, providers, or other third parties • Record all findings, communications, and actions in PROVE’s case management system with precision • Work closely with Resolution Managers, leadership, and General Counsel on escalations and complex case resolutions
