• Project Planning and Management – Help define project scope and schedule while focusing on regular and timely delivery of value; organize and lead project status; prepare and distribute progress reports; manage risks and issues; work with leadership to course correct, when required and perform delivery planning for assigned projects • Team Management – Hold teams accountable for their commitments, removing roadblocks to their work; leveraging organizational resources to improve capacity for project work. • Process Management and Improvement – Define and manage a well-defined project management process and champion ongoing process improvement initiatives to drive project performance and process efficiency • Plan, manage and execute course of relatively large and/or complex project(s) providing day-to-day management and oversight, following established project management methodology • Identify, track and resolve project interdependencies and related execution issues/risks • Actively engage key stakeholders • Develop and manage work breakdown structure for multiple projects • Lead project technical sizing estimation sessions • Track course of project from meetings • Report on progress of project to include milestones, resources and financials • Facilitate, track and manage changes to scope and requirements through established change management process
