• Lead end-to-end delivery of medium to large IT modernization/transformation projects, from initial planning through go-live and stabilization. • Define clear project scope, objectives, benefits, deliverables, and success measures with business, clinical, and technology partners. • Build and manage detailed project plans, including schedule, budget, resources, dependencies, risks, and issues. • Coordinate cross-functional teams across business, clinical, operations, technology, vendors, and partners to keep work aligned and on track. • Run project governance, including status reporting, steering committee meetings, and executive updates, tailored to healthcare and non-healthcare settings. • Apply proven project management methods and standards to drive consistent, high-quality delivery. • Manage third-party vendors and service providers, including contracts, milestones, and performance. • Anticipate and address roadblocks early, driving decisions and trade-offs to protect scope, schedule, and value.
