• Own YO’s community strategy end-to-end, shaping engagement with users, developers, and advocates • Build and activate a world-class community that accelerates YO’s adoption and amplifies our mission across the crypto ecosystem • Grow and empower the next generation of on-chain users • Design and execute a community strategy that drives engagement, education, and evangelism • Start with us from ground zero

Job Requirements

3+ years in community, marketing, or ecosystem roles in crypto or web3
Deep familiarity with crypto culture, DeFi, and major ecosystems (EVM & Solana)
You are obsessed with community-led growth and build programs that scale
Proven success managing and growing online communities (Discord, X, Telegram), running campaigns, and cultivating grassroots advocates
Experience organizing digital and IRL community events, AMAs, and content initiatives
Excellent communication skills and the ability to create clarity, energy, and momentum within decentralized groups
Passion for protocol infrastructure, DeFi education, and building meaningful user experiences
