• Hire, develop and lead an inclusive, engaged, and high-performing Mid-Market Solutions Engineering team (L1 & L2) • Technical coach, mentor, and problem solver, helping with technical escalations and navigating complex technical solutions • Identify gaps, show initiative, and take ownership to build out programs and processes in support of the SE team • Work cross-functionally to drive improvements and increase communication and collaboration across departments e.g. sales, product, support, enablement, marketing, etc • Develop and grow the team’s skillset through coaching, mentoring, and enablement • This role requires regular travel, estimated to be more than 50% of the time, including both domestic and international destinations as needed.
