Job Description

• Design, implement, and maintain scalable distributed systems & infrastructure • Build and manage infrastructure & core services for Honor’s Care Platform • Provide foundational building blocks for the engineering organization • Own build and deployment pipelines, maintain environments and supporting infrastructure • Consult to build the right abstractions for problem patterns

Job Requirements

At least 6 years of professional experience in a platform engineering team within a product-centric company
Design and implement foundational patterns and libraries for Python applications
Utilize Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools for environment setups
Design infrastructure for AWS applications, supporting event-driven systems and Kubernetes
Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins and ArgoCD
Automate lifecycle management of code from development through production
Instrument observability through tools like CloudWatch and DataDog
Scale infrastructure to manage demand effectively
Define and measure standards for quality, security, scalability, availability with business focus
Passion for delivering turn-key developer experience for local development
Keen interest in developing talent through mentorship
Strong written and verbal communication skills
A strategic thinker with a product-first approach and customer obsession
