Job Description

• Lead the strategic alignment of affiliate marketing initiatives with client objectives, ensuring that recommendations drive performance and growth. • Engage with key client stakeholders to discuss affiliate strategies, offering insights to enhance program effectiveness. • Oversee the seamless onboarding and transitions of affiliate marketing accounts, introducing innovative strategies to expand reach and revenue. • Ensure that affiliate tracking and ad operations are accurately delivered, partnering with the ad ops team to provide best-in-class guidance. • Provide coaching and feedback to affiliate team members, ensuring that they meet performance goals and deliver optimal results. • Collaborate with leadership to set financial targets for affiliate programs, ensuring efficient resource allocation to maximize ROI. • Monitor affiliate program margins and ensure financial goals are met. • Stay updated on affiliate marketing trends, technologies, and industry shifts to implement innovative tactics that enhance performance. • Drive thought leadership by introducing cutting-edge strategies to improve affiliate campaign effectiveness. • Equip clients with the knowledge to confidently discuss affiliate marketing strategies.

Job Requirements

7-10 years of experience in Affiliate roles with a proven track record of executing successful campaigns
Management experience required.
Expertise in leading Affiliate platforms and tools required
Demonstrated success analyzing data and using analytics tools to drive marketing decisions
Advanced computer skills including Google Suite, Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively across clients, multiple partner relationships, and internal initiatives.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with external and internal teams.
