• Process and input updates on promotional plans for assigned retailers. • Enter and maintain promotional programs in customer portals and internal TPM systems, ensuring pricing, funding, and program mechanics are accurate. • Maintain and update contract tracking system for all existing events. • Provide reporting on all aspects of retail promotions to include distribution tracking, pricing, new items, and others as requested. • Ensure promotional calendars are compliant with Company established trade guardrails. • Support administrative tasks needed for retailer meetings, sales presentations, and internal business reviews. • Maintain retailer promotions and portal contact list, login details, and procedures for all retailers.
