• Ensure accurate revenue recognition in compliance with U.S. GAAP. Analyze revenue performance, monitor product-related activity, and ensure accurate classification and recognition. • Perform data reconciliations between financial systems, payment processors, and other relevant platforms to ensure accuracy and completeness of revenue data. Use SQL and data tools (e.g., Databricks) to extract, analyze, and reconcile large datasets. Conduct ad hoc data analyses to support reconciliation efforts and financial reporting needs. • Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and supporting documentation. Contribute to the timely and accurate close of revenue-related accounts. • Identify, design, and implement improvements to streamline revenue accounting processes. Build and optimize workflows to support scale and improve accuracy, leveraging automation. • Work closely with Product, Financial Operations, Treasury, and Data Analytics teams ensure revenue flows and data pipelines are accurately designed and understood. Work closely with Business Finance to support downstream reporting needs. • Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting through month end close, reconciliations and flux meetings. Ensure that revenue-related financial data is accurately reported. • Prepare documentation and provide support for internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
