- 2+ years of IC Sales/BDR Experience in selling SaaS
- 1+ year of team building/management experience
- Ability to empower your team and colleagues
- A growth mentality with the instinct to be creative
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal & written skills
- Experience in documentation, SFDC dashboard creation, and pipeline management
- Ability to successfully manage multiple priorities, while maintaining a high sense of urgency
- Organizational skills and a results-oriented, self-starter attitude
- Mastery with demand gen tools
- Experience at a technical SaaS company
