Job Description
Job Requirements
- 2+ years of B2C phone-sales success.
- Win consultatively with a process for discovering needs, building value, and closing without pressure.
- Act with agency: own your pipeline, and improve the script/CRM/report that helps us win.
- Lead with hospitality: steady, empathetic, and fired up by Meadow’s mission to serve families better.
- Bonus points if you have experience selling in high-trust, high-stakes environments (like insurance, healthcare, travel, etc.)
- Must speak Spanish, since many of the families we serve are Spanish-speaking.
