Job Description
• Facilitate hands-on installation training for automotive films
• Deliver clear technical explanations of film behavior and troubleshooting methods
• Provide technical support and product guidance to internal sales teams and external installer customers
• Develop and maintain training materials and curriculum frameworks
• Establish and maintain a safe, professional, and well-organized training environment
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years proven installation experience with automotive films
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a training environment
- Documented experience delivering installation training or conducting technical demonstrations
- Strong technical understanding of automotive films
- Valid and current certifications from 3M or Avery Dennison required
