Job Requirements
- Proven experience in a collaborative, commercial software engineering environment, working on large codebases and using practices like CI/CD, testing, and code reviews.
- Proficiency in Julia, or experience with functional/typed languages, e.g. Rust, OCaml, Clojure, C++, or Haskell.
- A track record of building scalable processes, rather than implementing one-off solutions.
- Background in Technical Product Management.
- Experience coordinating workflows and coaching or mentoring team members.
